If you're not in love with your purchase, we want to make you happy. Returns are allowed within 14 days from the purchase (shipment) date and exchanges within 14 days of the purchase (shipment) date for jewellery,  Jewellery must be in good condition with all original packing and accessories condition to be accepted for return or exchange. All returned goods undergo a quality inspection and must be returned in the same condition, in their original, undamaged packaging.

  1. Jewellery must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage, unaltered, and accompanied by the original packaging.
  2. Returns and exchanges are not allowed on sales & special ordered jewellery, custom designs, gift cards and merchandised received via the Jewellery Replacement Plan.
  3. Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
  4. No individual item of a set can be returned for refund or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.
  5. All refunds are credited to the same tender as the original purchase. Processing time for refunds is approximately five (5) business days from the date of the return. The refund will be generated at the time the return is processed, but the timeframe for it to reflect as a credit on your card is dependent on your individual financial institution. However, most are reflected in 5-7 Business Days.
  6. For Online Orders: We will credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges if any additional.
  7. All shipped returns MUST include the Packing Slip and all original documents received with your order
  8. All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is issued.
